Booking Your Stay

  • We would request you make your reservation in advance of your arrival and advise us of your dining requirements
  • We will require full name, address with postcode, contact telephone number and email address at the time of booking
  • You will receive an email to confirm your reservation which will include a link to our website advising our COVID-19 precautions and guidelines
  • The cost of your stay should be paid prior to or on arrival
  • If you require to make any changes to your reservation please ensure to contact our reservations team as soon as possible
  • We offer free cancellation should you cancel 24 hours in advance of your arrival date, cancellations after this will incur a charge of the 1st nights room rate

  • We are doing our best to comply with Government advice and keep you safe, with these additional measures in place we would request you allow a little extra time for our teams to provide our services
  • Please be aware that face coverings are mandatory in the public areas of the hotel including the foyer, stair ways & corridors. Guests should ensure they have an appropriate face covering before visiting the hotel
  • Should you be feeling unwell, or displaying any symptoms of Coronavirus, we would ask you not to visit at this time. We will happily reschedule your booking.

During Your Stay

  • To find us using a satnav please use the postcode for Taunton Bus Station TA1 4AF. The bus station will be on your left and if you look straight ahead you should be able to see us from there. Drive straight over the paved area and turn left into our car park
  • Our check in and check out times have been adjusted to ensure that all rooms can be cleaned to the required standard. Check in is now from 3pm, with check out at 10am. The front doors will normally be closed at 10:30pm, please contact us should you need to arrive later. We do offer a 24 hour reception service
  • We have implemented social distancing measures and additional signage throughout the building and request you follow the steps we have taken to assist us to do so
  • As of the 8th August, face coverings are mandatory for all guests in the public areas of the hotel, including the lobby, lounges, corridors and staircases. Coverings are also required when eating or drinking in Brazz. We are unable to provide masks, and as such guests should ensure they bring their own
  • Your bedroom key will have been sanitized prior to your arrival
  • Sanitiser points are available throughout the hotel including the main entrance and exit areas
  • Common and high use touch points have been identified and enhanced cleaning procedures are in place
  • Hotel information packs have been removed from guest bedrooms and public areas but are available on-line
  • If you are staying for more than 1 night, our housekeepers will not enter your room to service it. Should you require fresh towels or anything else, please contact our reception team. These will be dropped off outside your bedroom. Any guests staying for 4 nights or longer will have their linen changed on the 3rd day, and we ask that the room is vacated to allow our team to fulfil this. 
  • Any services provided during your stay will be charged upon consumption - we do not accept cash payments

Food and Beverage Offering

  • All dining requirements should be booked in advance if required
  • We are serving a plated cooked or continental breakfast, please reserve a time slot upon check in. A Grab bag Continental option is available if you prefer breakfast in your room.
  • As of 16th September, The Bow Bar is available for morning snacks and lunch Monday - Saturday from 9am. It is also open on Friday & Saturday evenings
  • Brazz is open to residents only on a Sunday & Monday evening offering a reduced menu
  • The Brazz menu is available for room service Tuesday – Saturday, we will not add a tray charge to your bill
  • Our menu offering has been adapted and requires minimal food preparation and handling
  • Sample menus are available online. The menus in BRAZZ are single use printed versions
  • Outside areas are available for dining, depending on weather conditions
  • The Largest table we are able to accept is 6 guests
  • Opening times have been adjusted to allow the practical service of social distancing measures
  • All our F&B offerings are cashless venues

  • You can receive a receipt from us by email once you have departed
