A weekend of fabulous fun where you'll learn to be a cocktail maestro! What a way to celebrate a forthcoming wedding or simply to have a great time with close girl friends. This weekend really will make for a most memorable get away for all, and really is a most fantastic weekend for Hen Parties.

Arrive at your leisure on Friday and from 7pm, the Penthouse will be available for your exclusive use before you enjoy a three course dinner in BRAZZ, our fun and unbuttoned brasserie.

A full English breakfast can be enjoyed in the restaurant or, alternatively, a continental selection can be served for your party in the Penthouse on Saturday morning before you enjoy some time at your leisure. Return to the Penthouse for your cocktail workshop where you'll discover the taste secrets of the best bar tenders, glean the tips of the trade, get the hang of mixing some classic cocktails and put your new found skills into practise! This exciting afternoon will be followed by a grand dinner in the Penthouse.

Famous Somerset Garden Break

(Members of National Trust and English Heritage – 10% discount)

Summer is one of the most beautiful times of the year at the famous Hestercombe Gardens near Taunton. The Formal Garden was created by the renowned British architect Sir Edwin Lutyens and the planting scheme was designed by Gertrude Jekyll, so there's nowhere more appropriate to stay when visiting Hestercombe than a famous castle. We've therefore created a very special break to tempt you to this part of Somerset and it includes entry tickets to the famous gardens, as well as a fabulous dinner in BRAZZ on one night.

The Famous Somerset Garden Break is for one night and is available throughout the year. Hestercombe Gardens is open every day, except Christmas Day.

One night break: £240.00 per double/twin room

Price includes two tickets to Hestercombe Gardens, overnight accommodation in a double/twin room and a three course dinner in BRAZZ.

You can up-grade to a Garden Room for £50.00 per person per night, which will include a bottle of Champagne.

Fire Walking Hen Party Weekend

If you're looking for a unique and memorable Hen Party or getaway with girl friends then our Fire Walking Weekend is a fantastic option.
You'll experience something completely new without even leaving the grounds of the luxurious hotel. What's more, the fabulously luxurious Penthouse at the very top of the castle is exclusively yours for the duration of your stay.

Early evening you'll take part in a one hour fun seminar which talks you through the fire walking. During this time you'll see the fire being lit and may even get the opportunity to walk across broken glass as well! The fire-walking itself generally lasts around an hour and afterwards you can celebrate your achievement with a glass of Champagne during a short debrief in the Penthouse.

An award-winning English breakfast can be enjoyed the following morning, alternatively why don't you all get together in the Penthouse for a continental breakfast?

The day will be spent at your leisure and you'll not be short of things to do. Taunton has some fantastic independent shops, plenty of surrounding countryside and some great activities from journeys on steam trains to Land Rover driving, all within a short drive. If you'd rather spend the day doing something less exhilarating, you can always relax in the comfort of the Penthouse and watch girly DVDs!

You’ll receive a file and polish (either fingers or toes) and exclusive use of the lounge and outdoor hot-tub before enjoying a buffet lunch and a glass of Champagne (additional treatments can be booked in advance but are not included in the package price). After lunch is chill-out time, before meeting in the evening for a grand three course dinner in the Penthouse.
