Steve at S&C Meats in Taunton sends us beef from the legendary Ruby Red Devon cattle. The fine marbling of the meat ensures that it cooks to melting perfection.
Phil Bowditch, our fish merchant buys the best available catch from Brixham Fish Market.
Vegetables, salads, fruits and herbs are provided by John Rowswell who provides marvellous chemical-free produce from his market garden near Ilminster.
Our brown bread is made using flour from organic English wheat, stone-ground just 30 miles from an original working water mill at Burcott, near Wells. |
