The card holds information unique to you |

Each card has a personal account and cannot be transferred to another person |

For every 10p spent you earn one point |

One point = 1p to be redeemed against future bills |

Points can not be substituted for cash |

Every time you pay your bill present your card to us so we can add your points to your account |

Points can be redeemed for full or part payment (depending on value) against future bills |

Look out for special offers (e.g. double points) and other membership benefits which we will email to you on a regular basis |

We will email your account statement to you each month showing your current points balance |

The membership card remains the property of the Castle Hotel (Taunton) Ltd and may be withdrawn at any time |
